How does this service work? How long does it take to get my puzzle? Can I see my puzzle before you mail it to me? I need my puzzle in a week. Can you do it? How do clues work? Do you write them or do I? What is the cheapest package? I really want to impress my guests. What do you recommend? I cannot think of very many words for my puzzle. Any ideas? None of these packages were exactly what I had in mind. What do I do? What if I want to pay by check or money order instead of a credit card?
	How does this service work?
	First, you fill out the order form. Then your puzzle will be made, and a copy of it will be faxed to you if you give us a fax number. If there is enough time before your wedding, a copy of it can also be mailed to you. You will have a chance to make any changes, and then the final copies will be mailed to you.
	How long does it take to get my puzzle?
	When do you need it by? We can hold onto your order for your wedding next year, or we can get your puzzle in today's mail and send it FedEx or Priority Mail. It all depends on your deadline.
	Can I see my puzzle before you mail it to me?
	Of course. We prefer that actually. Simply provide a fax number when you order and we will fax you puzzle to you. If you would like us to call you first before we fax, simply mention that in the comments section of the order form. We can also mail you the puzzle if there is enough time before the wedding (two months or so).
	I need my puzzle in a week. Can you do it?
	Yes we can. The day we get your order (or the day after, depending on what time of day we get your order) your puzzle will be faxed to you. Important: we need a fax number in order to do this. Kinkos and other places like that have fax machines you can use if you don't have one. Then you will call us with changes, as soon as you can. Your puzzles will then be shipped by Priority Mail or FedEx.
	How do clues work? Do you write them or do I?
	If you provide us with clues, we will use yours. We may change your clues a little to make them more appropriate for crossword puzzles, but you will always have final approval. Otherwise, we will use the information you give us to create clues which you can then edit or keep.
	What is the most inexpensive package?
	The Emerald package in the Shower Collection comes with a single puzzle. You can then photocopy that puzzle as many times as you want. It is the cheapest at $29.95. If you want your puzzles to look nice and have a background image, you can order your copies from us at $.15 each. If you are out to impress people with them, this is the cheapest solution.
	I really want to impress my guests. What do you recommend?
	If you are giving a shower, we recommend the Platinum collection. You receive 25 very unique and beautiful favors to pass out to your guests. For a reception, we would recommend the Diamond collection or the Ruby collection if you don't want pencils. These both come with nice favors which look great with your place setting or tucked into a gift basket for out of town guests.
	I cannot think of very many words for my puzzle. Any ideas?
	Sure! Include some favorites, so guests get to know the couple. For example: favorite sports, favorite movies, actors/actresses, favorite foods, restaurants, favorite songs, musicians, etc. Listing relatives helps guests get to know the families and attendants. How the couple got together: where they met, first date, where he proposed, etc. More about the couple: pets, cars, jobs, things they hate, etc. And of course, the wedding itself provides some great ideas: where the wedding will be held, where the reception will be held, honeymoon destination, wedding theme, colors, cake flavor, dishes served at the reception, etc. Let your imagination run wild!
	None of these packages were exactly what I had in mind. What do I do?
	Call 1-800-229-3939 and ask for Rachel. We'll see what we can do. We are very flexible and can meet your needs. Just let us know what they are!
	What if I want to pay by check or money order instead of a credit card?
	That is perfectly fine! Mail your check or money order to the address below. Tell us in your order that you are doing this so we can match your check up to your order.
